"S'incantu" of Golfo Aranci: Sardinian suckling pig cooked the old-fashioned way

We stayed at "S'incantu" in Golfo Aranci. The menu offers few dishes. Some appetizers including local cold cuts and cheeses, no first course, the Sardinian piglet as a second course with some side dishes and some desserts. Few things, cooked very well, with love, as it was once done
