Take a pomegranate, take the grains, squeeze most of it with a potato masher and strain the juice obtained in a very tight mesh strainer to prevent some seeds from remaining. Pour into the glass three quarters of Champagne and a quarter of pomegranate juice, add some whole seeds, wet the edge of the glass with water and sprinkle with sugar and serve.
Pour into the glasses three parts of white vermouth , two parts of lemon syrup and complete with brut sparkling wine. Decorate the aperitif with lemon zest, an ice cube and serve.
Cut half an orange into wedges, remove the skin from each clove and place one in the bottom of the glass. Squeeze the remaining half of the orange and mix the filtered juice with three parts of sparkling wine and one of Campari. Pour into glasses, add ice to taste and serve.
Take a lemon, squeeze half and place the juice in one shaker with three parts vodka and one part limoncello. Shake well, strain the juice obtained, pour it into glasses and add mint leaves to cool for half an hour in the freezer. Serve cold.
It is prepared by mixing 4 parts of gin, one and a half of maraschino and one and a half of green lemon juice. Shake all the ingredients well with a few ice cubes and serve.
For this aperitif use red vermouth, which you will mix with squeezed and filtered juice of mandarins and with whisky. Pour the liquid into the cups, decorate with spirally cut mandarin peels, add ice and serve cold.
