Tom Yum
A typical soup, with ingredients stewed over low heat, which form a delicious and very spicy soup. Among the best known variants we find Tom Yum Gai (chicken), Tom Yum Goong (shrimp), Tom Yum Moo (pork).
Satay (chicken or pork skewers)
Chicken or pork satay are meat skewers marinated in spices and soybeans, grilled and accompanied by a peanut sauce.
Thai Green Curry (green curry)
Thai curry is a dish of Thai cuisine made from currypaste, coconut milk or water, meat, seafood, vegetables or fruits and herbs. The curry in Thailand differ mainly from those in India in that they use herbs and aromatic leaves in the spice mix. The name curry "green" comes from the color of the dish, which comes from green chilies. Since it is a Thai curry made from coconut milk and fresh green chilies, the color is creamy green. Green curry is typically eaten with rice.
Green papaya salad (Som tam)
Very simple, genuine and tasty dish, made with green papaya (unripe) finely cut into julienne and with an addition of garlic, chilli, dried shrimps, peanuts and blanched green beans.
Pad thai
Phad thai is a Thai noodles dish, commonly sold in Thailand not only in restaurants but also as a street food served in a banana leaf. The basis of the Phad thai are rice noodles fried in a pan wok with eggs, tofu, chicken or prawns.
Phanaeng curry
The typical Thai curry although less known than the green curry.Phanaeng curry is a type of red curry , dense, salty and sweet, creamy, with the spicy flavor of lime. It is prepared with chicken, shrimp or just vegetables and is typically eaten with rice.
