First prepare the chickpeas (400 g)
You can safely use the chickpeas already cooked (in cans). Rinse the cooked chickpeas and let them drain.
Transfer the chickpeas to a blender and add other ingredients
Transfer the chickpeas to a blender and add: 5 tablespoons of tahini, 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, a clove of peeled garlic and deprived of the germ, salt and paprika.
